Department of Sanskrit, University of Mumbai organizes online “Sanskrit Saptaha Samraohoha” from 3rd August to 9th August 2020. Sanskrit day programme will be held on 3rd August 2020 at 5.00 pm. Shri Shirish Bhedasgaonkar (Sanskrit Bharati) will be the Chief Guest of Sanskrit day Programme. This programme will be presided over by Prof. Suhas Pednekar (Vice Chancellor, University of Mumbai) and graced by Prof. Rajesh Kharat (Dean, Faculty of Humanities, University of Mumbai)
Department organizes a lecture series on ‘Research avenues in Sanskrit’  in which  eminent scholars will explore different fields of research pertaining to Sanskrit. Lecture series will be held on 4th August 2020 to 9th August 2020 at 4.00 pm
